Our Objective
As a company, our main objective being to offer consumers a wide choice of high quality watches at great savings over RRP.
Logistics
Situated in Manchester in the U.K, we have an advanced efficient distribution set up, which allows us to send out any size package, using the royal mail special delivery service for UK delivery's and Royal Mail signed for, where the items are destined for outside the UK.
Collections and deliveries
As we are a mail order company, we unfortunately do not offer a collection service, mainly because our distribution center does not have the facilities for this. However, we do have daily collections from Royal Mail and providing your payment is received with in "good time" (Cheques will obviously need to clear first and can take 5 working days to do so) it is likely to be sent out the same day, (working hours and days apply). Everything we send out, is sent out by a "recorded signed for service" meaning that some one will need to be in to sign for your item. If a delivery attempt is made and no one is in to accept the package, the Royal Mail should leave a card stating that they attempted a delivery, where upon you can contact them and a go and collect the package from your nearest Post Office.

At Watchingtime we take our relationship with our customers very seriously. We work hard to provide the best possible customer service and support, and take pride in the fact that most of our customers are immensely satisfied and will 90% of the time come back to shop with us again.
When sending an email to us, please bare in mind that we are only here during normal working hours (9.30-5.30 Monday to Friday). We will try to answer all emails we receive within a couple of hours of receiving them.
If you are at all dissatisfied with the service you have received when making a purchase from us, please put your concerns into writing and send an email to us here and we will address them as soon as possible.
Quality Control
All our watches are fully guaranteed and are only genuine articles. All of our watches are supplied with the manufacturers guarantee. Prior to dispatch, all goods are inspected to make sure they are of a high quality and fit to be sent, if there are any problems with the product when you first receive it (within 7 days) we will replace it for you at no extra cost. As long the item is in an unused and untampered with condition, ie. the strap is unaltered
